Pickup is available from our studio in Redland Bay Queensland between 9:30am and 2:30pm Monday through to Friday. You will receive an e-mail when your order is ready to collect.

Orders placed on business days before 5:00pm (Monday to Friday) are, in most cases, packed and dispatched the the next day. Otherwise within 48 hours. We use Australia Post 'Parcel Post' delivery service which will ensure your parcel is delivered in 2 or more business days within Australia.
Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to trace your parcel with Australia Post. This can be done at https://auspost.com.au/
A signature is required for all deliveries. If you are not home, Australia Post will not leave the package. A card will be left in your letterbox letting you know which local Post Office you will need to collect from.
